Successful Representation of a Client Before the Commission for the Control of INTERPOL’s Files

Today, our law firm secured another successful outcome before the Commission for the Control of INTERPOL’s Files.

Following a request submitted by our firm on behalf of our client, the Commission ordered the deletion of information concerning the client’s international wanted notice (“Red Notice”) from INTERPOL’s information systems. Due to the particular circumstances of the case, the decision was adopted outside the Commission’s regular session.
