One more client of our law office received a certificate that he is not subject to any red notice or diffusion from the Commission for the Control of INTERPOL’s Files.
Oleksandr Ovchynnykov lodged a request with the Commission for the Control of INTERPOL’s Files to delete the red notice circulated by Italy.
The Commission for the Control of INTERPOL’s Files granted the request to delete the information concerning the client from their information system.
