Today, our law firm has secured another victory before the Commission for the Control of INTERPOL Files.
Upon the motion filed by our law firm in the interests of our client, the Commission removed the information concerning his international wanted notice (a “Red Notice”) from its information systems. The decision was made outside of the regular session due to the special circumstances of the case.
