On 21-22 December 2017, Oleksandr Ovchynnykov participated as a lecturer at a training seminar for judges in Ashgabat (Republic of Turkmenistan). The seminar, which was organized by the European Union and the Supreme Court of the Republic of Turkmenistan, concerned the quality of judicial decisions.
