On 5-6 October 2017, Oleksandr Ovchynnykov participated as a lecturer at a training seminar for Kyrgyz judges in Bishkek (Republic of Kyrgyzstan). The seminar, which was organized by the European Union and the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, concerned the quality of judicial decisions in criminal cases.
