The Ovchynnykov law office has successfully represented his client in the proceedings against the European arrest warrant issued by the Hungarian authorities.

In the proceedings before the Colmar court of appeal, Mr Ovchynnykov has showed that the European arrest warrant concerning his client was abusive and illegal.

The court of appeal granted the request and refused to enforce the European arrest warrant at issue.
