New successful representation of the client before the ECHR

On 4 April 2024 the European Court of Human Rights delivered a judgment in the case of Lobkovskiy and Others v. Russia (application no. 41907/20 and 60 others applications), in which it held that there had been a violation of the applicant’s rights guaranteed by a number of provisions of the European Convention on Human Rights in the context of criminal proceedings.
