New successful representation of a client before the National Asylum Court of France (CNDA)

The Ovchynnykov law office is proud to announce a successful representation before the National Asylum Court of France (CNDA).

Oleksandr Ovchynnykov lodged an appeal with the National Asylum Court of France (CNDA) against the decision of the Office for the Protection of Asylum Seekers and Stateless Persons (OFPRA) dismissing the asylum application of citizen of an Eastern European country.

The CNDA granted quashed the OFPRA decision and granted an asylum status to the applicant on the grounds of refusing to be enrolled into the military service.
