Comparative study of the organization and functioning of the legal profession in a number of its member States

The Council of Europe has published today a comparative review of the procedural and institutional setup and functioning of lawyers in several of its member states.
As an international consultant of the Council of Europe, Mr. Ovchynnykov has ca-authored the above-mentioned comparative review.
